1. The service
Health Score turns health data recorded by your devices into a daily score and credits that can be redeemed for offers at participating partner businesses. Scores and credits are computed by rules published in the app; the rules may change, and credits already earned keep the rules in force when they were earned.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
3. Credits and coupons
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Credits expire at the end of the month following the month in which they were earned, unless stated otherwise in the app.
- Coupons are valid for the time shown when issued and are honored by the partner, not by the Operator. Offers may change or end at any time.
- Credits earned from data that is manipulated, fabricated or produced by a tampered app or device will be removed, and the account may be closed.
4. Fair use
Only data recorded automatically by your devices counts. Manual entries, simulated data, modified apps and rooted or jailbroken devices are not allowed.
5. Health disclaimer
Health Score is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Consult a professional before changing your exercise or sleep habits.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, for partner offers, or for data recorded incorrectly by your devices.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. The Operator may suspend accounts that break these terms.
